Collect the Annual Review Statement issued by the ASIC for each of your companies;

Prepare the associated Directors’ solvency resolution required by the Corporations Act 2001;

Prepare ASIC 484 Company Changes form (if required) and associated documents including:
• Minutes and resolutions
• Notice of Appointment/Cessation of Officer(s)
• Share Transfers
• Share Certificates; etc

Prepare all other ASIC forms and associated minutes andresolutions as required

Deliver a professionally merged PDF file via email.
